Rod Composite Seal

The composite seal is a custom-designed seal made of two or more different materials. For instance, the rubber can be bonded to metal, plastic or filter materials. This is done in order to simplify the design, avoid the tolerance stack-up and make the installation easier.

Wiper Seal

A wiper seal is an axial seal that creates a seal while allowing a reciprocating shaft to pass through the seal’s inner bore. Wiper seals are often used for fluid containment and to prevent dirt from entering a reciprocating shaft mechanism. Wiper seals are typically used on hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, as well as telescopic suspension forks for motorcycles and bicycles.

Buffer Seal

Buffer seals protect equipment against pressure spikes. The key factor with buffer seals is the thin film of oil it lets past. The main types of buffer seals are lip seals with back-up rings, lip seals without back-up rings and O-ring energized glide ring seals, each with their own performance characteristics.

Double Acting Seal

Double-acting piston seals has a symmetrical profile (cross section) and identical sealing functions in both directions. Typically, double-acting piston seals consist of a slide ring and an energizer. Comes in various sizes

O – Ring Cord

O-ring cord is a rubber cord with a circular profile that can be cut to the required length.
O-ring cord can be used as a static seal for when standard sizes are either unavailable or too costly
Comes in various materials and sizes

Polyurethane

Urethane (or polyurethane) seals are among the most versatile and durable materials used in fluid power sealing. Urethanes are cast into billets or molds to create the seals used in many of the hydraulic components you see every day, such as pump shaft seals, cylinder pistons and rod seals.

Quad Rings

Quad rings nearly have the same sealing principle as the O-ring sealing. However, they provide less friction than the conventional O-ring and there is no spiral twist. It eliminates the tendency to roll in the groove.

End Caps

A comprehensive range of end caps, also known as cover seals available. If the size you require is not available we will custom make it to suit your application.

O – Rings

An O-ring, also known as a packing or a toric joint, is a mechanical gasket in the shape of a torus; it is a loop of elastomer with a round cross-section, designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, forming a seal at the interface.
Comes in various materials

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seal kits

Hydraulic seal kits are essential components of different mechanical devices, machinery, and equipment. People choose these seals because of their effective sealing function. The most common use of hydraulic seal kits is in oil and pressure systems. In general, these seals are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), silicone, polyurethane, and rubber. Common types of seals available are piston, rod, wiper, O-Ring, bonded, and symmetric seals.

Cir Clips

A circlip also known as a C-clip, Rotor Clip or snap ring is a type of fastener or retaining ring consisting of a semi-flexible metal ring with open ends which can be snapped into place, into a machined groove on a dowel pin or other part to permit rotation but to prevent axial movement. There are two basic types: internal and external, referring to whether they are fitted into a bore or over a shaft. Circlips are often used to secure pinned connections.

Metal case wipers

Metal case wipers are scraper elements, produced from thermoplastic polyurethane material in a metal case, preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications. They can be used in open housing gland cap design.

Hydraulic Chevron Seal

Chevron sealing set independently reacts to pressure & automatically affects a seal. It is used on upper & lower piston cartridges on the pumps, chevron sealing sets are multi-part & primarily designed for translatory movements

Hydraulic O – Ring Kit

Full of seals and O-rings, this hydraulic seal kit is a must-have to assist in repairing your hydraulic equipment. Comes in various materials e.g. nitrile/ 90shore and Viton.

Pneumatic U Seal

Pneumatic seals require minimal lubrication when exposed to air to create a tight seal. Pneumatic seals are typically found in rotary or reciprocating applications, most often cylinders and valves.

Single Acting Piston Seal

A single-acting piston seal is designed for cylinders where pressure is applied from one side only. The piston in single-acting cylinders may have oil on the pressure side only, while the opposite side is open to atmosphere.

 O – Ring Kit

O rings are used to block a path which may otherwise allow a liquid or a gas to escape. The o ring is placed into a groove to secure them in place, and then compressed between two surfaces. O ring kits are a good way to keep stock of o rings that you may need in the near future, also allows you to have a selection at your disposal.

Gamma Seal

The GAMMA Seal is an axial rotary seal that excludes contamination, moisture and grease. It consists of an elastomer sealing lip contained in a metal carrier. This design copes with arduous static and dynamic conditions in mobile hydraulics and power transmission applications.

V Ring

A V-Ring is a solid rubber seal used on shafts to prevent dirt, moisture, and other unwanted material from entering an oil seal, housing, or any other desired area while simultaneously keeping lubricants in. It works by stretching over the shaft to create a tight seal along the shaft while the flexible lip seals lightly against the counterface at a right angle to the shaft.

Wide range of bearings

A bearing is a machine element that constrains relative motion to only the desired motion, and reduces friction between moving parts. The design of the bearing may, for example, provide for free linear movement of the moving part or for free rotation around a fixed axis; or, it may prevent a motion by controlling the vectors of normal forces that bear on the moving parts.

Back Up O – Ring

Back-up Rings are flat, split, spiral or contoured washer type fittings used to protect an O-Ring seal from extrusion at higher pressures and temperatures.
A Back-up Ring works by blocking or reducing the extrusion gap, thus preventing the o-ring from extruding. The use of a back-up ring increases the pressure and temperature capability of o-rings.

Du Bush

DU self-lubricating split bushings offer very good wear and low friction performance over a wide range of loads, speeds and temperatures in dry running conditions.

Fabric Cup Seals

Loaded U-Cups Seals, commonly referred to as “Polypask” seals, are used in hydraulic applications. U-Cups are “loaded” with an o-ring placed within the groove.

Oil Seals

An extensive range of Metric and Imperial Seals. Nitrile, FKM and Silicone Materials are available. Rubber Clad Seals as well as Heavy Duty Metal case
Seals.

Combi Seal

A combi seal, also known as a combination oil seal, is a type of mechanical seal that combines multiple sealing functions into a single unit. Typically, it includes a primary lip seal to retain lubricants and a secondary dust lip to prevent contaminants from entering. Combi seals are designed to be robust and reliable, especially in harsh environments where protection against both leaks and external contaminants is crucial.

Cassette Seal

A cassette seal’s primary function is to seal rotating shafts, keeping lubricants in and contaminants out, while also providing a wear sleeve and dust protection, all in one integrated unit.. This multi-functional design improves sealing performance, extends component life, and simplifies maintenance in various applications, particularly in heavy-duty machinery like vehicle axles and gearboxes.

Wear Band (guide ring)

A wearing seal, also known as a wear ring or guide ring, is a component in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders designed to prevent metal-to-metal contact between the piston/rod and the cylinder bore, thus reducing friction and wear. They are crucial for maintaining proper alignment and extending the lifespan of the cylinder and its seals.

Piston Kopper

A piston Kopper seal, also known as a composite seal, is a type of seal used in precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems, specifically for piston applications. These seals are designed to prevent leakage of fluids or gases between the piston and the cylinder wall. They are typically constructed with a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) sealing face and are energized by a nitrile rubber O-ring.

Tduo

A TDUO pneumatic seal is a type of double-acting piston seal used in pneumatic (air-powered) cylinders. It features a steel base plate with bonded rubber sealing lips, providing a compact and efficient seal for pneumatic applications. These seals are designed for easy installation and long service life, offering consistent sealing performance across a wide pressure range.

PP Cushion

This pneumatic cushioning seal profile PP is specially designed for cushioning in pneumatic cylinders. The seal functions as a check valve, so no separate valve is needed. The PP seal floats axially in the groove, so it works well even under misalignment.

Air Z

A pneumatic piston seal is a component installed within a pneumatic cylinder that prevents compressed air or gas from leaking past the piston, ensuring efficient cylinder operation. These seals are crucial for maintaining the pressure needed for the piston to move and perform work within the cylinder.

Rubber U Seal

A rubber U seal, also known as a U-channel seal or edge trim, is a type of rubber extrusion designed to fit over the edge of a panel or material, providing both protection and sealing.

E8

An E8 seal, often referred to as a Prädifa E8 seal, is a type of pneumatic rod seal and wiper combination, primarily used in pneumatic cylinders. It’s designed to perform three key functions: sealing, wiping, and fixing the seal within its housing. This combined functionality eliminates the need for separate retaining rings or circlips.

CR Seal

A CR Seal is a brand of high-performance industrial shaft seal, originally from Chicago Rawhide (CR) designed to protect rotating equipment by retaining lubricants and excluding contaminants, with applications ranging from automotive to heavy machinery like wind turbines and off-highway vehicles. They are known for robust designs, advanced materials, and various types, including radial shaft seals, V-rings, and wear sleeves.
